As a Software Engineer Lead, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with a talented group of individuals, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.In this role you will:Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and program personnel.Participate in cross-functional Six Sigma-style product or process improvement meetings.Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and tools.Be flexible, motivated, dedicated, detail-focused, team-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking.Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including design, coding, and testing.Use RMS engineering processes and procedures while performing your respective software engineering and verification activities.Collaborate with teammates across physical sites and lead junior engineers.This position requires a government security clearance. As a part of our team, you will work alongside like-minded individuals dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree program from an accredited college in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline with software development experience with minimum of 9 years experienceC++ Software development skillsExperience in debugging, unit testing, and integration testingExperience leading a software development teamExperience with formal testing, verification, and validationExperience mentoring software engineers in a team settingProfessional experience with Agile Principles, CI/CD Methodologies' and Agile configuration Management tools (Git, JIRA, Confluence)Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
