Job Description Handle civil litigation defense matters from inception through resolution Manage cases involving personal injury, transportation, and other general liability matters Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Develop case strategy and communicate directly with clients throughout the litigation process Manage multiple active matters and deadlines independently Qualifications 3+ years of civil litigation experience Defense litigation experience strongly preferred Personal injury defense and transportation litigation experience preferred J.D. and active Texas Bar license in good standing Strong legal research, writing, deposition, and case management skills Ability to travel locally and throughout Texas as needed Interested in hearing more?
