Job Summary Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for Ludlow, Massachusetts. The position is a 26‑week contract (10/05/2026 start date) with 40 hours per week, 5 days a week (8‑hour shifts). Travel assignment with housing and lodging per diems as applicable. Responsibilities Assume responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into job performance as a Travel Physical Therapist in the Outpatient specialty area. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts (or immediately in the process of obtaining licensure). At least 1 year of recent experience specializing in Outpatient Physical Therapy. Current PT license within the state of practice.
