The successful Janitor/Custodian will work with maintenance staff to coordinate a cleaning schedule. Daily duties include cleaning and maintaining the lobby, including cleaning windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming hallways and carpets, cleaning laundry, community, conference rooms, and management offices. Pay: $20.00-$21.00/hour

Hours: 40 hours/week

Duties:

• Cleans and maintains the cleanliness of all common areas inside and outside of the building.
• Including, entry lobby, cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, etc., at least daily, and more if necessary, to maintain excellent entrance appeal.
• Cleans laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices on a daily basis.
• Vacuums hallways on a daily basis.
• Cleans community bathrooms on a daily basis, more if necessary, to maintain in a sanitary manner.

Preferred Qualifications: Two (2) years experience.
