Communications Associate

At SHIK Consulting Group, that's where the Communications Associate role begins: engaging people, representing client organizations, and helping potential customers or supporters make informed decisions.

We're a human-to-human marketing company supporting consumer brands and nonprofit organizations through live campaigns, promotional outreach, and customer acquisition.

This entry-level position puts communication into practice in retail locations, events, and other public-facing settings. It's an opportunity to develop professional skills while contributing to measurable campaign results.

Where You'll Put Your Skills to Work

• Proactively approach potential customers or supporters and start professional, engaging conversations.
• Represent client organisations during live promotional activities, retail engagements, and in-person outreach campaigns.
• Explain products, services, promotional offers, or nonprofit causes clearly and accurately.
• Listen to people's needs, answer questions, address concerns, and help them understand their options.
• Guide interested individuals toward appropriate next steps, including registrations, sign-ups, and customer or supporter acquisition.
• Collaborate with colleagues toward campaign engagement and acquisition goals, using feedback to improve your performance.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Weekly base pay, plus performance-based incentives and commissions.
