Sports Coordinator

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skill levels.

Responsibilities include empowering volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun; teaching & demonstrating core concepts including sportsmanship values; supervising the overall operation of designated sport on game day; and consistently demonstrating a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.

Qualifications include being flexible and assisting with multiple sports as when required; having general knowledge of flag football, soccer, baseball, basketball & volleyball; having excellent communication skills; having sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge; being a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently & solve problems; having awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players; having a positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships; and being able to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks).

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour. Each franchised location is independently owned and operated and is solely and exclusively responsible for determining local hiring decisions, compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment.
