Vascular Surgeon - Assistant, Associate, or Professor/Track DOQ The University of Utah invites qualified candidates for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Vascular Surgeon position to join our Division of Vascular Surgery in Salt Lake City, UT. The appointment will be at an Assistant, Associate, or Professor level on either a Clinical or Tenure Track, depending on qualifications, and will begin in Spring/Summer 2026. Position Details: Position/Rank: Vascular Surgeon – Assistant, Associate, or Professor (Track DOQ) Department: 00917 – Vascular Surgery Development Location: Salt Lake City, UT Track: Dependent on qualifications (Clinical or Tenure) Start Date: Spring/Summer 2026 Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive vascular surgery care across the University Medical Center, satellite hospitals, and outpatient clinics; performing both open and endovascular procedures; and developing limb‑salvage and venous intervention services. The role involves teaching vascular surgery fellows, residents, and medical students, and contributing to program development. The Division offers a strong infrastructure for clinical trials, health services research, global surgery projects, and translational research, with access to dedicated research coordinators, databases, and statistical support. Qualifications: Board certified or board eligible in vascular surgery; extensive experience in open and endovascular vascular procedures; demonstrated interest in limb salvage and venous interventions; a commitment to academic medicine and educational excellence; and ability to contribute to clinical trial and quality improvement initiatives.
