Case Manager - Pediatric Behavioral Health - Columbia Our Pediatric Behavioral Health team is seeking a Case Manager to support our pediatric population. Serve as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing systems care coordination, targeted referrals and case management, and supportive engagement for pediatric patients and their families presenting with emergent mental health needs. We seek candidates with strong patient engagement skills, efficient organizational skills, and investment in teamwork. The position is full time and bilingual Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Provide systems care coordination for pediatric patients. Facilitate targeted referrals. Deliver case management and supportive engagement for families. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
