Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights Consultative-only MFM practice - no deliveries or primary OB care Join a high-growth program expanding to 3-5 MFM physicians Established team of 2 MFMs producing 12K+ wRVUs annually Immediate patient volume with strong unmet demand Built-in referrals from OB/GYN network and 60+ PCPs Support Level IV NICU at flagship hospital Minimal inpatient responsibilities; OB hospitalists manage admits 5-day workweek with flexible and part-time options available Shared call model trending toward 1:3 or better (mostly phone-based) Multiple site options with expansion across key hospital locations Modern infrastructure: Athena EMR, GE ultrasound, ViewPoint integration AI scribe tools and remote read capabilities available
