Job Description :

We Are Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather, analyze, document, and communicate clear, unambiguous, and testable business requirements for complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in Agile environments and serving as a ScrumMaster, with the ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and end users. This role will examine current-state and future-state business processes, data, and systems to define requirements, support solution development, and establish repeatable processes that promote long-term success. The successful candidate will also provide mentoring and guidance to help teams strengthen Agile practices and transition effectively from project delivery to ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities:

·         Gather, analyze, and document clear, unambiguous, testable business requirements that accurately reflect business needs.

·         Facilitate requirements-gathering meetings with project team members, stakeholders, and business representatives to identify impacted processes and define project requirements.

·         Serve as a ScrumMaster for Agile projects, facilitating Agile processes and supporting effective project delivery.

·         Create and maintain project backlogs, including epics, features, and user stories, and collaborate with product owners to establish priorities throughout the project lifecycle.

·         Monitor requirements and project scope to ensure deliverables remain aligned with established objectives.

·         Examine existing and future-state business processes, data, and systems to identify requirements, gaps, opportunities, and potential improvements.

·         Create test plans in collaboration with business stakeholders and support repeatable testing processes.

·         Document repeatable procedures and technical processes to support long-term maintenance and knowledge retention.

·         Ensure business requirements are communicated effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, project team members, and the user community.

·         Coordinate with project managers and project teams to ensure required project documentation and deliverables are completed.

·         Ensure applicable system engineering methodology deliverables are completed, reviewed, and approved according to established processes.

·         Understand project-specific benefits and assess the potential impact of changes to project scope or business requirements.

·         Support the appropriate resolution of critical IT issues within the scope of the Business Analyst role.

·         Understand information governance objectives and ensure appropriate stakeholders are included or informed regarding data requirements.

·         Work directly with cross-functional project teams, including UI/UX professionals, solution architects, database administrators, developers, QA testers, and vendor partners.

·         Ensure project teams have a clear understanding of requirements, functionality, solution scope, size, and scalability.

·         Promote Agile practices and provide mentoring or teaching support to help business and project teams successfully transition solutions into maintenance and operational support.

Required Skills:

Required Qualifications

·         5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

·         5+ years of experience with Agile project management tools, including the ability to create and manage epics, features, and user stories and move work items through the project lifecycle.

·         5+ years of experience understanding Business Analyst, Quality Assurance, and Development roles and responsibilities.

·         5+ years of experience working with current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) processes and content creation.

·          Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and communicating business requirements.

·          Experience facilitating requirements-gathering meetings and working with diverse stakeholder groups.

·          Experience creating test plans and supporting user acceptance and repeatable testing processes.

·          Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ScrumMaster responsibilities.

·          Experience developing and maintaining project backlogs and prioritizing requirements with product owners.

·          Strong understanding of business processes, system functionality, and the relationship between business and technical requirements.

·          Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·          Strong organizational, analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.

·          Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and end users.

·          Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining project requirements, documentation, and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

·          Proficiency with Business Analyst tools such as Figma and Visio.

·         2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA).

·          Experience working with UI/UX teams and solution architects.

·          Experience creating process flows, diagrams, technical documentation, and other business analysis artifacts.

·          Experience mentoring or teaching team members on Agile practices, business analysis processes, or project procedures.
