Pay & Benefits Starting at $20.00/hour, with higher pay for manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or equipment experience $1.50/hour shift differential Quarterly profit sharing + attendance incentives Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting Day 1 401(k) Overtime at 1.5x (double time after 48 hours) Paid training Boot allowance On-site fitness center and barbershop Career development and advancement opportunities Schedule Paid first-shift training (7:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.) for approximately 90 days Transition to 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. 11:00 p.m. 8-hour shifts with a paid lunch What You'll Do (Core Shipping & Receiving Work) Lead with safety in every task Load and unload trucks efficiently Pick, stage, and pack customer orders for shipment Build and load outbound trucks to meet delivery schedules Receive incoming materials and complete accurate system transactions Store materials in proper inventory locations Verify product accuracy, quantities, and shipping documentation Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and paperwork Operate forklifts and overhead cranes Keep your work area clean, organized, and aligned with quality standards Support the team with additional duties as needed What You Need to Succeed Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Ability to accurately receive, store, stage, and ship materials Knowledge of inventory control practices Clear communication and solid organizational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Basic math skills for inventory and documentation Computer proficiency; ability to learn Oracle and other shipping applications Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet shipping deadlines Forklift/crane certification or ability to obtain Valid driver's license if driving duties are required Ability to perform physical work in a manufacturing environment Understanding of OSHA requirements and company safety procedures Commitment to continuous improvement, 6S, and waste reduction Preferred Background Shipping & receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience Manufacturing experience Forklift or overhead crane operation Experience with inventory or ERP systems Reliable transportation (there is no public transportation or pedestrian access) Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
