In this role, you will guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives while maximizing your earning potential through a performance-driven, commission-based structure. COMPENSATION: Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential Paid training for the first four weeks THE ROLE: The Sales Associate engages customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels to deliver a seamless, high-energy buying experience. This is a commission-driven role designed for individuals who are motivated by performance, customer satisfaction, and unlimited earning potential.
