On a day-to-day basis our Analysts:Provide critical support during all phases of transaction executionBuild financial models and perform valuation analysesCoordinate transaction due diligenceConduct industry- and company-specific researchInterface directly with clients and senior bankersDevelop a versatile skillset that will serve as a strong foundation for achieving career goals A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:Prior experience in investment banking or a related financial field preferred; recent graduates with relevant internships or coursework will also be considered.Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or other related degrees requiredStrong work ethic, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and learn quicklyDetail-oriented and analytical mindsetStrong verbal and written communication skillsPrevious experience with financial modeling or formal trainingPositive attitude with a desire to work with and contribute to the culture of a close-knit teamU.S. work eligibility is required. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation.
