THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Client Success Representative, you will be the trusted voice that turns warm, high-intent leads into 10X success stories. You'll close premium products and experiences — 10X events, real estate events, and business events — for founders, executives, and high-net-worth business owners who expect a sales process as sharp and credible as the brand they're buying into. This is a career for someone who leads with value, communicates with precision, and carries themselves at the level of the clients they serve.

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

Year 1: $100,000 – $150,000

Year 2: $150,000 – $200,000

Year 3: $250,000 – $300,000

Year 3+: $400,000+

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday, 8:20 AM – 6:00 PM, onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, with weekend availability for company events a minimum two (2) weekends per month. This is a high-energy, in-person environment — presence and preparation matter.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Call, manage, and close warm leads with the discipline to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Engage prospects across calls, email, and meetings — building rapport and articulating value the way a trusted advisor would, not a transactional salesperson.

Deliver polished, confident product presentations that match the caliber of our high-net-worth clientele.

Maintain accurate, real-time records of every interaction and sales stage in the CRM.

Sharpen your craft daily through ongoing sales training and professional development.

Bring energy and accountability to a team culture built around growth, performance, and 10X standards.

WHAT YOU BRING

2+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in a high-ticket or consultative environment.

Elevated communication skills — the ability to command a room, a call, or a boardroom with equal confidence.

A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.

A self-driven, relentless, 10X mindset — coachable, competitive, and hungry to grow.

Comfort engaging high-net-worth business owners as peers, not prospects.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
