Integrative Behavioral Health (IBH Team) is looking to hire Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Maryland.

The Mental Health Therapist provides individual, family, and/or group therapy services to clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges. Therapists work collaboratively with clients, families, schools, medical providers, and other community supports to promote healing, growth, and long-term wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and community providers
• Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and trainings
• Support clients in achieving treatment goals and improving overall functioning
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing regulations

Qualifications

Required*

• *Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Art Therapist or other behavioral health field
• *Active Maryland license as one of the following:
• LCSW-C
• LCSW
• LCPC
• LGPC
• LCMFT
• LGMFT
• LMSW
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
