Picture this: A high-speed bottling line stutters mid-run. You’ve already trained your technicians, aligned preventive maintenance for the week, and partnered with Operations on the day’s production goals. You step in, guide electricians and mechanics through diagnostics, and get the line back up—safely and fast. That’s the kind of impact you’ll make as the Maintenance Team Lead for Bottling & Process Equipment at BuzzBallz.
Your mission- Lead maintenance technicians, mechanics, and electricians to support efficient bottling and packaging operations.
- Own preventive maintenance planning and on-the-spot troubleshooting to minimize downtime and strengthen reliability.
- Work side-by-side with Operations to improve equipment performance, efficiency, and output.
- Hold the line on safety, quality, OSHA, and company standards in all maintenance activities.
- Champion continuous improvement and cost reduction to boost operational performance.
- Reliable lines, fewer interruptions, and a steady rise in throughput.
- A safety-first culture where procedures and standards are second nature.
- Clear communication and reporting using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A cohesive, high-performing team that grows under your leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or a related area.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience with beverage processing or packaging equipment.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience supporting OSHA, HACCP, USDA, or comparable compliance efforts.
