Our newest airport coffee destination, Milk Creek Café , is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Barista to join our team. Conveniently located inside Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport , Milk Creek Café serves handcrafted coffee, espresso beverages, fresh pastries, breakfast favorites, and grab-and-go selections to travelers from around the world.

We are hiring one Full-Time Barista for the following schedule:

Wednesday through Sunday (Up to 40 hours)
4:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Monday & Tuesday Off

We are hiring two Part-Time Baristas for the following schedule:

Thursday through Sunday (up to 30 hours)

11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Our café also operates an early-morning shift (4:00 AM–12:00 PM), offering future opportunities for additional scheduling flexibility.

• Prepare handcrafted espresso drinks, coffee beverages, teas, smoothies, and other specialty drinks with consistency and quality.
• Welcome every guest with friendly, authentic Montana hospitality.
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
• Serve pastries, breakfast items, and grab-and-go food selections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with opening, stocking, cleaning, and other daily café operations.
• Work efficiently during busy travel periods while maintaining exceptional guest service.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, encouraging work environment.

• Enjoys serving people and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Is dependable, punctual, and accountable.
• Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a team.
• Learns quickly and adapts to a fast-paced environment.
• Pays attention to detail and takes pride in quality.
• Can perform the essential functions of the position, including standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting or moving items weighing up to approximately 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Can reliably work the posted Wednesday–Sunday schedule.

Previous barista experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are happy to train individuals with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to learn.
