Compensation: $18.00 hourly
Are you passionate about cooking and creating memorable dining experiences? We're looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our team at The Retreat on Charleston Peak. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-energy kitchen while enjoying the benefits of being off the Las Vegas Strip away from the crowds, chaos, and long commutes.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas, equipment, and storage
- Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
- Ensure quality and consistency in every dish served
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior kitchen or food service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
