Job Description

• Maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee budget performance by monitoring costs and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors to deliver work that meets quality expectations.
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project requirements.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, providing consistent updates and promptly addressing any concerns.

• Extensive experience managing multifamily construction projects, with a strong understanding of building regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully managing project timelines, budgets, and overall resource planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges efficiently and maintain project momentum.
• Solid knowledge of multifamily development procedures and project execution processes.
