Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in Business, Property Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to learn leasing software, CRM platforms, and property management systems.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Experience in apartment leasing, property management, customer service, sales, or hospitality environments.
• Experience processing applications, lease agreements, and resident documentation preferred.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and leasing compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong sales and closing skills with a proven ability to convert leads into leases.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and general office technology.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to walk apartment communities and conduct property tours.
• Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the property during the workday.
• Ability to perform computer-based administrative tasks and maintain leasing records.
• Ability to work occasional weekends and flexible hours as needed.

Job Duties

• Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities to prospective residents.
• Manage leasing leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, renewals, and required documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends, occupancy levels, and competitor pricing.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
• Respond to resident inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure apartments are ready for move-in.
• Support occupancy goals through effective leasing, resident retention, and relationship management.
