Your craftsmanship, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety will help ensure products perform reliably in demanding real-world applications.This is a role for professionals who value quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Why This Role Is DifferentYou'll work in a true heavy-industry manufacturing environmentYour welds directly impact safety, performance, and customer satisfactionYou'll use multiple welding processes—not repetitive task workYou're trusted to read drawings, identify issues, and recommend improvementsYou'll be part of a team that values 5S, safety, and operational excellenceWhat You'll Be DoingInterpreting engineered drawings, blueprints, weld symbols, and dimensionsPerforming high-quality welding on carbon steel and stainless steelFollowing red-line processes and recommending modifications or improvementsTroubleshooting welding equipment, machines, and consumables (liners, tips, nozzles, insulators)Operating hand and power tools including grinders and chipping hammersAccurately entering labor hours and production data into SAPCollaborating with supervisors and teammates to meet production and quality goalsSupporting continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, housekeeping, and safety auditsMaintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery????
