• Valid Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification

• Experience conducting visual, ultrasonic, radiographic, and magnetic particle tests
• Attention to detail and meticulous documentation skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Nice to Have Skills:

• NACE certifications (e.g., NACE Level I or II)
• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) certifications
• Familiarity with industrial coating inspections
• Previous experience working in oil & gas, manufacturing, or construction sectors

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Technical diploma or equivalent in welding technology or related field
• 3+ years of practical inspection experience in similar environments

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, approximately 50 hours per week
• Ability to travel or work on-site in Midland, Texas
