Description

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients in either inpatient or outpatient settings, crafting personalized therapy plans
• Deliver targeted physical therapy interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and overall function
• Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on recovery goals, discharge planning, and prescribed home exercises
• Maintain meticulous documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress per facility and regulatory standards
• Engage in interdisciplinary team rounds and conferences to ensure cohesive care

Education

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications
