In this fast-paced role you will work closely with the FP&A Manager through the forecasting cycle (prelim and month-end) while also have direct involvement with frequent deliverable requests from management.This is an exciting opportunity to join a complex & high-profile program area. This role will allow for high visibility during various monthly & quarterly reviews to LADS Leadership as well as Regional Program Area & Functional Leadership Teams.This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) with the preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.What You Will DoEnsuring accuracy & completeness of key financial metricsSupport the organization through various weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual routines including the following: Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), Investment Planning, Risk & Opportunity Reviews, Monthly Operation Reviews, Monthly Forecast Reviews, and Balance Sheet ReviewsAnalyze large amounts of data from various sources and different contract types and dollar valuesSupport frequent ad-hoc requestsQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business field & a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experienceExperience with SAP, RPlan, or a similar toolsetExperience with Microsoft Excel (i.e Power Query, pivot tables and/or advanced formulas)Experience briefing financials to various levels of managementU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirementsQualifications We PreferProgram Controls/Financial Analyst experienceAbility to meet critical deadlines while multitasking and managing workload requirementsStrong attention to detail & ability to analyze complex financial scenariosExperience with large, complex programsExperience interfacing with various functional disciplinesWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
