Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Marshfield Clinic Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Marshfield Clinic Health System.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Monitor, circulate, and scrub cases.

Special Requests: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job. Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location. Must disclose previous employment on the resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Unit Details: Assists the MD during cases. Patient population includes CAD, NSTEMI, STEMI, heart failure, and aortic stenosis. Uses Cerner and Merge.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:00 or 8:30-5:00. Call 1-2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend. Holiday call required. 30-minute call response time. Shifts may run until cases are completed.

Floating Requirements: Floating may be required depending on locum coverage.

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
