Commerical Roofing Service Manager

Now Hiring: Service Manager | Commercial Roofing I'm partnering with a reputable commercial roofing contractor in Dallas FW and Houston that is looking to add an experienced Service Manager to lead and grow their service division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing people, building customer relationships, and overseeing roofing service and repair operations from start to finish. What they're looking for: 5+ years of experience managing a roofing service division Strong leadership and organizational skills Experience managing reroof and service projects from initiation through completion Ability to schedule and coordinate repairs with customers and field technicians Strong estimating and bidding experience using electronic estimating software Knowledge of TPO, PVC, coating restoration systems, asphalt shingles, roof tile, leak detection, and roof inspections Understanding of OSHA safety standards and jobsite safety compliance Strong customer service and communication skills Key Responsibilities: Oversee and grow the Service Division Manage multiple projects and service technicians simultaneously Prepare proposals, reports, and customer documentation Participate in production and safety meetings Manage budgets, job costing, and overall division performance #J-18808-Ljbffr Peak Recruiting Solutions
