This dynamic position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth office operations and exceptional service delivery.Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for daily office operations, including mail management, office supply maintenance, and vendor coordination.- Organize and manage meeting and event logistics, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility access and customer service inquiries.- Collaborate with IT to maintain office technology and furnishings.- Act as a local safety coordinator and first responder, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.- Assist in budget management and support strategic office initiatives alongside the Office Managing Partner and Office Management Leaders.- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software for document creation, formatting, and reporting.- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and identify opportunities for process enhancements.Qualifications- 1-3 years of experience in professional services operations.- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business or a related field preferred.- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new software quickly.- Ability to build professional relationships and deliver exceptional client service.Preferred Skills- Experience in the professional services industry and familiarity with work request applications.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Additional Information- This role requires working onsite at the Sacramento office location.- This is a temporary role that will last 6 months.- Flexibility in schedule and potential travel may be necessary.If you're passionate about creating a positive office environment and driving operational excellence, we encourage you to apply!We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
