FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Position Overview Position: FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (Full time and Part time) Location: Abercrombie & Fitch Global Home Office – 6301 Fitch Path, New Albany, OH 43054 (online applications only) Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedule, open availability required; hours and days may vary based on business needs. Requirements: Previous experience in food service, hospitality, catering, event planning and execution, and client management preferred. Pay Range: $19.00 to $21.50 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus available. Job Summary Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste. Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized. Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate. Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
