The advocate will deliver a compassionate driven experience for our customer's by always remembering that there is a real person on the other end of the phone who needs help. You should be enthusiastic about providing a superior customer service experience; and excited about being an integral player in Star's mission to deliver the best customer service experience in the home furnishing industry.

- Must be self-motivated with good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

- Provide friendly and compassionate interactions with customers consistent with Star's policies, procedures, and high-quality standards.
- Capture detailed information from the customer to manage and resolve their issue.
- Finding the right response and strategy to solve customer issues as quickly as possible.
- Partnering with other departments to find solutions to customer needs.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining professional customer support.
- Product knowledge to communicate with the customer in an informative and valuable way.
- Customer service experience.
- Call center experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of office and computer systems/software.
