Job Overview: A law firm seeks a Patent Agent to join the Patent Prosecution and Litigation Practice Group in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have experience in patent prosecution and a background in electrical engineering or computer science, with a focus on wireless communication standards such as 5G, 6G, and 3GPP. Duties Draft and prosecute patent applications. Collaborate with the Electrical Engineering and Software Team. Conduct research and analysis on patent‑related matters. Provide strategic advice on patent portfolio management. Requirements 2‑6 years of legal experience in patent prosecution. Admitted to the USPTO. Experience with wireless communication standards is preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent academic credentials. Education Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a similar field. Certifications USPTO admission required. Skills Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
