Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer PositionTo support the design, development, and maintenance of electrical systems and components used in Sukup product manufacturing. This position ensures the reliability, efficiency, and safety of electrical equipment and automation systems, contributing to continuous improvement in products. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance product performance and manufacturing capabilities.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science Technology or a related field required; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both employees and management required. A solid understanding of product design and manufacturing processes is essential, along with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop orders. Strong leadership qualities, a high level of accountability and professional demeanor are also expected. Experience with programming and control systems integration is preferred.Basic knowledge of O365, experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software as well as Product Data Management (PDM) software.
