About the Role:
New Day Health Systems in Catonsville, MD is looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Certified (LCSW-C) to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic client care
• Connect clients with community resources and provide case management support as needed
• Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Active LCSW-C licensure in the state of Maryland (required)
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Experience in mental health, behavioral health, or substance use treatment settings preferred
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, or motivational interviewing
• Strong clinical documentation and case management skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
