Baptist Health is hiring a Directors' Assistant to join the Nursing Administrative Team at Baptist South. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity.

Shift: Full-Time | Days | Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)

Director's Assistant, Job Responsibilities:

• Provides office support to Directors. If requested, may provide support to Nursing Supervisors.
• Duties include word processing, payroll, transcribing schedules, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and statistics.
• Performs other functions as assigned by the Directors.
• Performs administrative and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature.

Experience Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Office experience preferably healthcare
• Proficient in Microsoft Office system, Teams
• Able to learn multiple computer systems to support service line functions
  
  

Education & Credential Requirements:

• High School Diploma (required)
• Associate of Arts/Science (preferred)
