Bilingual Leasing Specialist

Description The Lennox Apartments is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Specialist to oversee our apartment community located in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities: Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market Requirements Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock Spanish-speaking is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous leasing or property management experience preferred Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday with two days off during the week (Tues - Thurs).
