This opportunity is based on a Machine Operator career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Job DutiesOperate, monitor, and adjust packaging machinery to meet production and efficiency goals.Monitor multiple machines simultaneously and troubleshoot operational issues as needed.Read, interpret, and record machine gauges, measurements, and production data accurately.Use production software and computer systems to track performance and document manufacturing processes.Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards and customer specifications.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Communicate equipment issues, production concerns, and operational updates with team members and leadership.Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures and assist with other duties as assigned.RequirementsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to operate and monitor multiple machines simultaneously.Basic computer skills and ability to learn production software systems.Ability to read gauges, monitor equipment performance, and accurately record information.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the organization.Must have experience working with computers.Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may be warm at times. Ability to lift, bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
