Land Use Associate Attorney

Land Use Associate Attorney
Responsibilities:
- Manage land use and coning matters for real estate clients
- Prepare and present rezoning, special use permit, and comprehensive plan amendment applications
- Work with city, town, and county staff, elected officials, and community stakeholders
- Attend planning commission, governing body, and public outreach meetings
- Advise clients on zoning regulations and land development matters
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active Virginia Bar membership
- Experience handling rezonings, special use permits, comprehensive plan amendments, and conditional zoning
- Strong background in zoning and land use law
