This position would work out of the companies head quarters in Clifton, New Jersey .

Job Description

• Responsible for the performance of both the inside and outside sales team.
• Lead sales initiatives and implement sales strategies.
• Provide technical support to sales reps.
• Organize regular sales and product training programs including webinars.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to sales team.
• Maintain and manage CRM software.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please Do Not Apply unless you have 5-10 years of business to business sales management experience .
• Must have direct experience working for a company with a catalog of products (500+)
• Experience selling imprinted products is a plus.
• Must have experience managing inside and outside sales teams
• Direct experience managing a sales team of 10+ sales reps
• Must be willing to travel.
• Excel and CRM experience is a MUST
• Experience with Microsoft Navision Dynamics software is a plus
