This position would work out of the companies head quarters in Clifton, New Jersey . Job Description Responsible for the performance of both the inside and outside sales team. Lead sales initiatives and implement sales strategies. Provide technical support to sales reps. Organize regular sales and product training programs including webinars. Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to sales team. Maintain and manage CRM software. Must have direct experience working for a company with a catalog of products (500+) Experience selling imprinted products is a plus.
