About the Role:

As a Certified Nurse Aide , you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols, and reporting any concerns or issues to the nursing staff

• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Demonstrating empathy, compassion, and excellent communication skills when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Help patients with mobility and transfers, including using equipment such as walkers and wheelchairs

• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients, families, and colleagues

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and observations

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Must be certified as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Texas

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients, as needed
