Accounts Payable Clerk LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with an outstanding company office in PMesa, AZ that is looking for a Full-Time onsite Accounts Payable Clerk. This is a Monday through Friday position $22.00-$24.00 per hour depending on prior experience. The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing high-volume vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and supporting the accounting team with day-to-day accounts payable functions. Key Responsibilities High-volume processing of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner Three way matching of invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation for accuracy and compliance Review invoices for proper approval, coding, and compliance Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice and payment inquiries Perform additional accounting or administrative duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of recent accounts payable experience Strong data entry and 10-Key skills with a high level of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with accounting or ERP system Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the minimum requirements apply now!
