Job Overview LifeStance Health seeks a licensed psychologist to join our outpatient behavioral health team. This role focuses on providing evidence‑based care to children, adolescents, and adults. Responsibilities Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence‑based treatment to patients via individual and group sessions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care plans. Document clinical sessions and maintain accurate records. Adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements. Compensation & Benefits Full‑time and part‑time (20+ hrs/week) with flexible scheduling. Hybrid model – telehealth and onsite. 100% outpatient – no nights, no hospital calls, no weekends.
