Position Description: Maintaining accurate records of inventory. This includes handling of all paperwork

and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Maintain and update inventory records

• Reconciles inventories to records and makes adjustments when necessary

• Scheduling various pickups and deliveries

• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, Policies and Procedures outlined in the Food Program

• Assist with accounts receivable invoicing questions

• Answering phone calls

• Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers

• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to read shipping and receiving records/reports

• Computer use with Excel and Inventory systems

• Dependable attendance

• Hard worker and team player

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Basic understanding of shipping and receiving processes and related equipment

• High organization skills and ability to multi-task/prioritize

Offering cold storage and rail transportation services in Scofield & Cedar Grove, Wisconsin, Modesto, CA, Buhl, ID and Manchester, TN.

Partnering with customers to help them move product efficiently and economically from other areas of the country.

Facilities in five states, a fleet of private refrigerated railcars, and a trucking fleet to support our customers around the country.

Our dedicated management team is experienced in managing rail movements around the country and finding solutions for logistics needs.
