Medulla provides managed services such as Sales & Marketing, Billing, IT, HR, and Finance to three chiropractic brands, operating under the names of Chiro One, MyoCore, and CORE Health Centers. Medulla is comprised of 830+ employees, with corporate headquarters in Oak Brook, IL and 150+ clinic locations in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Missouri, Kansas, Kentucky, West Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. Why You'll Love Working Here Full-time position with a flexible 4 or 5-day work week Starting pay at $17/hour with a path to get you to $18.00 within the first 6 months. Clinics are open MondayThursday and Saturday mornings Monday-Thursday 7am-11:30am; 2:30pm-8pm; one Friday per month 7am-10am. Some weekends, optional. What You'll Do Be the friendly, knowledgeable face patients trust - greeting, supporting, and encouraging them from check-in to check-out. Learn hands-on clinical skills and therapeutic techniques from expert chiropractors - no prior healthcare experience needed! Coach and guide patients through exercises and care plans, helping them feel confident and empowered. Coordinate day-to-day operations: schedule appointments, update records, manage flow, and support clinic events.
