Personal Care Aide (PCA) - Bradford Houses

Memory Care | Excellent Staffing Ratio: 1:5

Full Time or Part Time | Days or Nights

Pay: $15-$18.55

(Based on experience, shift and weekend differential)

What You'll Do as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) - Bradford Houses:

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and dining)
• Provide compassionate care and support for individuals with dementia
• Prepare and serve meals following food safety guidelines
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean home environment
• Support residents with transportation, errands, and daily routines
• Communicate resident needs and changes with the care team
• Follow safety procedures and assist with basic care tasks under supervision

Requirements for a Personal Care Aide (PCA) - Bradford Houses:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in caregiving, geriatrics, or related field preferred but not required
• Ability to work onsite and as part of a team
