Department: 35603 Atrium Health Lake Norman Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours per week: 36 Schedule: 3 day or 12‑hour night shifts per week, weekend requirements variable days, call requirements Pay range: $38.20 - $57.30 per hour Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire One year of RN experience preferred Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
