We will strive to provide reasonable notice of any changes to your work location or schedule whenever possible.As a Production Support Manager, you will be responsible for the following:Oversees investigation and resolution of incoming support requests from internal and external clients for custom developed accounting / tax systems and vendor softwareProactively communicates issues to management and development teams as neededPartners with implementation team to facilitate smooth transition to production supportManages support ticket backlog and prioritizes effectively to meet client service levelsOwns annual maintenance calendars and responsible for executionIdentifies trends in issues and coordinates with team to prevent future occurrencesOwns continuous creation of, and updates to, technical and end-user support documentationParticipates in change management and release managementTo be successful, these are the skills and experience you will need:Bachelor’s degree in information systems, accounting, or related field required; accounting education / experience a plus5+ years of experienceHighly proficient using MS SQL and Excel; other programming languages a plusDemonstrable experience using Microsoft Business Intelligence technologies, such as SSRSSelf-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong analytical, problem solving, and creative thinking skillsExcellent written, oral communication and documentation skills; able to communicate complex technical answers to non-technical peopleCustomer service-orientedFlexible with changes in hours during busy season and able to assist after hours / on weekends if neededYou Matter - HCVT provides a variety of benefits and perks that help sustain a healthy and thriving work environment.Visit the Benefits section to learn moreConnect with us: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, HCVT Website#LI-GC1#LI-HybridThe ordinance requires employers to state, in all job solicitations, postings and advertisements, that the employer will consider applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Fair Chance Initiative.
