Health Information Specialist

Job PostingJob Summary:You will track, file, and scan clinical paperwork into the appropriate chart, and partner with providers to complete records requests within the departments timeline. You will share duties and tasks received through the centralized records email on a daily basis. You will answer multiple incoming lines and direct calls as appropriate. You will be a resource for internal staff and outside agencies with records questions.
