Become a Key Player as a Senior Warehouse Associate - Receiver
You will support day-to-day warehouse operations by receiving staging and preparing freight for outbound shipment. Your work directly impacts on-time delivery inventory accuracy and safety for the team. This is an onsite role at the Carson CA warehouse.
Heres How Youll Make an Impact on the Team
- Receive goods: offload/load vehicles and containers check paperwork weigh measure and book in freight
- Operate material handling equipment including stand-up and sit-down forklifts and hand jacks
- Palletize stretch-wrap band and stage cargo to prepare outbound loads and ULDs for departure
- Match paperwork with freight accurately sign Bills of Lading verify counts and report damages or discrepancies
- Use the warehouse booking-in sheets or Warehouse Management System to maintain accurate organization and inventory
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and standards through general housekeeping and weekly bond checks
- Execute DFT procedures and maintain perimeter security where applicable
- Assist with training new staff and contribute to SOP development and process improvement
Heres What Youll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- Minimum 6 months of previous company-specific warehouse operations experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with the stamina to stand and walk for long periods and perform frequent bending and reaching
- Proficiency with technology computers and WMS systems
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to work flexible hours and meet location-established KPIs

- High school diploma or GED
- Previous external warehouse or freight forwarder experience
- Familiarity with Bills of Lading shipping manifests and delivery orders
- Ability to speak Spanish
