What You'll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care to critically ill newborns in the NICU
• Monitor patient vitals and responses to treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient care accurately and timely using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Support families and communicate care plans effectively
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need

• Current Texas RN license
• BLS certification
• 2+ years recent NICU experience
• Strong knowledge of neonatal protocols and patient care procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced environment
