Occupational Therapist (OT) – Homecare | Lakewood, NJ
InMotion Home Therapy is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide geriatric-focused homecare in the Lakewood area. Help older adults maintain independence, safety, and quality of life while enjoying a schedule that supports your own life.
Pay: $60–$70 per hour
Schedule: Flexible – create a schedule that works for you
Positions Available: Part-time, Per Diem, and Full-Time
Setting: Travel to and from patients homes

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities (Geriatric Focus):
Evaluate geriatric patients in their homes and develop individualized treatment plans
Help older adults improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility
Provide therapeutic exercises and functional training to improve strength, coordination, balance, and fall prevention
Recommend adaptive equipment and home safety modifications to support safe aging in place
Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to maintain independence and prevent injury
Document patient progress and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize care
