Occupational Therapist (OT) – Homecare | Lakewood, NJ

InMotion Home Therapy is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide geriatric-focused homecare in the Lakewood area. Help older adults maintain independence, safety, and quality of life while enjoying a schedule that supports your own life.

Pay: $60–$70 per hour
Schedule: Flexible – create a schedule that works for you
Positions Available: Part-time, Per Diem, and Full-Time
Setting: Travel to and from patients homes

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities (Geriatric Focus):

• Evaluate geriatric patients in their homes and develop individualized treatment plans

• Help older adults improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility

• Provide therapeutic exercises and functional training to improve strength, coordination, balance, and fall prevention

• Recommend adaptive equipment and home safety modifications to support safe aging in place

• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to maintain independence and prevent injury

• Document patient progress and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize care
