HVAC/R Service TechnicianJoin our team as an HVAC/R Service Technician where you will specialize in HVAC refrigeration, troubleshooting, and repair. You will work on various systems including package units, ice machines, chillers, and split systems while ensuring effective preventative maintenance.ResponsibilitiesConduct HVAC refrigeration troubleshooting and repair.Maintain and service package units, ice machines, chillers, and split systems.Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency.Handle refrigeration equipment and systems.Troubleshoot HVAC units and resolve any issues.Work on condensers and hot food equipment.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in HVAC/R service.Expertise in HVAC refrigeration and repair.Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC units.EPA 608 Universal certification.Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.F60 and G60 certifications are a major plus.Owning personal tools is beneficial.Experience with hot food equipment is advantageous.We offer a permanent, direct placement position with prevailing wage opportunities. Technicians will work in varied environments such as schools, retail spaces, offices, and high-rises.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Westbury, NY.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
